Kwu Tung North and Fanling North New Development Area

On 28 September 2025, CEDD North Development Office Volunteer Team joined hands with the Kwu Tung North-Fanling North Remaining Phase Alliance Volunteer Team to celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival with the elderly members of the YWCA Ellen Li District Elderly Community Centre. Activities included lantern riddles, booth games, lantern and mooncake workshops. Volunteers paid visits to elderly couples to convey festive blessings to the community.
