The Fanling North Community Liaison Centre is now open!

The Centre provides a comfortable space for the public to understand the project from multiple perspectives and also hopes to further strengthen community connections.

In addition to getting the latest project information by visiting the exhibition, we will also organize various activities with the community to explore the opportunities brought by development. The public is welcome to enjoy the mini-skatepark facilities and show off their skills! The architectural design of the Centre focuses on using wood, light and shadow as key elements. Recycled wood logs are used in various places throughout the entire venue, echoing the natural environment in the Fanling North area. Skylight design is also adopted in the Centre, not solely to incorporate environmental protection, energy saving and carbon reduction into consideration, but also able to introduce plenty of natural light, creating surprising visual sensations that visitors can capture during their visit at different times of the day.

The physical model shows the future blueprint of the first phase of Fanling North New Development Area (FLN NDA). By scanning the QR codes at the corresponding locations on the model, visitors can learn more about the key construction works under the project.

Immersive "cave" experience

The immersive "cave" experience projects images onto walls and floor screens to create an immersive virtual reality environment.

Needless to use VR glasses, visitors will be able to "fly over" the main construction site in Fanling North and are able to participate in a series of tasks related to construction safety.

The ultra-realistic driving simulation of the Fanling Bypass Eastern Section allows participants to experience the future highway through gaming and learn about the development of community infrastructure.

Visitors can enjoy holographic projections with a three-dimensional model from different angles, to learn about the Kwu Tung North and Fanling North New Development Area.

The zone highlights a skateboard game featuring our coming completion of the Olympic standard skateboard park - On Lok Mun Street Playground. Visitors can taste the excitement and fun of skateboarding through this simulation game and experience the future On Lok Mun Street Playground.
Mini-skatepark
Mini-skatepark
The mini skatepark provides a proper space for beginners to experience the fun of skateboarding in a safe environment. It is hoped that in the near future, experienced users can enjoy the World Skate standards’ skatepark built by the project team!
